Our
beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.
Willem Duvalois of American Fork, Utah passed away in his
home September 18, 2010.
He is preceded in death by his father Jacobus Duvaloois.
He is survived by his mother Maria Van Naaman, wife Dina
Lena Volbeda Duvalois, children Deborah Lou Duvalois Schwarz,
Diana Alice Duvalois Wilson, Randolph Lynn Duvalois, Robert
Lee Duvalois, and Dawn Rae Duvalois Franck. He has 18 grandchildren
and 8 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister
Sara S. Duvaloois Van Gend and his brother-in-law David
Van Gend.
Dad was born June 9, 1935 to Jacobus and Maria Duvaloois
in Rotterdam, Netherlands. He worked for Smit Internationale
Tugboat Company untill he was drafted in 1955 to the Royal
Dutch Air Force and served until November 1956.
Shortly after, he married Dina Volbeda and immigrated
to the USA in May of 1957. He retired from A Plus Benefits
in August 2009 where he often said,"I don't go to work..
I'm on vacation!"
Dad had an uncany sense of humor that made everyone around
him smile and feel happier. We would like to thank all those
who had a hand in caring so graciously for our Father.
Funeral services for Willem will be held Tuesday, September
21, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 29th Ward Chapel
located at 673 East 300 North American Fork, Utah. Family
and friends may call on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00
p.m. at the Warenski Funeral Home, 1776 North 900 East,
American Fork, Utah and at an additional viewing at the
church on Tuesday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior
to services. Interment will be in the Highland City Cemetery,
Highland, Utah.
