Ellen Marie Miller
1928 ~ 2012

Ellen Marie Miller, age 84, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2012 in American Fork, Utah. Ellen was born in Halliday, North Dakota on April 1, 1928 to Ralph S. Baker and Rose McLeod.

Their family moved to Montana and Oregon, later settling in Drummond, Montana where she met her future husband, Charles B. Miller. They were married on February 3, 1946 in Drummond, Montana at her husbands family home. Later they moved to San Francisco where Charles "Chuck" was stationed at the Presidio for the U.S. Army.

Ellen loved her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. She was a member of the LDS Church. Her and Chuck’s marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple on April 10, 1965. She loved serving in the church and was faithful to the many callings she received throughout her lifetime.

She is survived by her husband; Charles B. "Chuck" Miller, American Fork, Utah, children; Darlene Marie Miller, Salt Lake City, Utah, Russell C. (Jan) Miller, Highland, Utah, Sherryl Ellen (Rod) Likes, Eagle, Idaho, Dwight J. "Duey" (Debbie) Miller, Monument, Colorado also 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter; Shirley Marie Miller and granddaughter, Aubrey Anne Likes.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 11:00 am in the American Fork East LDS Stake Center Chapel located at 825 East 500 North American Fork, Utah. Family and friends may call on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Warenski Funeral Home, located at 1776 North 900 East American Fork, Utah and also Friday morning from 10:00-10:45 am prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Utah Veterans Memorial Park in Bluffdale, Utah.
