Jon passed away peacefully in his sleep Friday morning. All though his decision took him away from us all too soon, we’re thankful he’s now happy.

Survived by his wife, Deanna, 4 kids, Jonathan (14), Kelly (12), Robert (10), and Zola (4). Also by his parents, Nick and Sue Roberts of Massachusetts and Ruth and Gordon Jensen of Utah. His siblings, Katrina of Washington, Michael of Indiana, Nathan and Chris of Oregon, and his step-brothers Art of Washington, Dominick and Augustine of Utah.

Services for Jon will be held on Friday, August 13, 2010 at 4:00 pm. in the Millcreek 6th LDS Ward Chapel located at 4600 South 600 East. The family requests those in attendance to wear black in Jon’s honor.

Our family wishes to thank the staff of the Intermountain Medical Center Respiratory ICU for all they did for him and for us. A BIG thank you also to all those who sent us all your prayers and love. Thank you
