Colum Jacob Pack
2010 ~ 2012

Son of proud parents, Ryan and Raquel (Kelly) Pack passed away due to a tragic car accident on December 25, 2011 in his parents arms in ICU at the U of U Hospital. Colum was strong willed, very affectionate and gave the best and longest hugs. Colum loved to wrestle and play hide and go seek with his brother Finn. He was "our little tough guy".

Survived by his parents, brother, Finn (3 years), grandparents, Jerry and Kaye Jacob and JoAnn Pack. Colum was buried on January 3, 2012 with his recently deceased grandfather, Dale Pack in the American Fork Cemetery.

On January 2, 2012 private services were held at the Hope Chapel at the U of U Hospital. This made it possible for his parents to attend as well as close friends and family.

We will forever miss holding our little boy, but will never forget the joy he brought us in the one and a half years he spent with us.
