Micah Shea Watkins
1994 ~ 2012

Our wonderful Micah Shea has gone home to her Heavenly Father. From her birth on April 14, 1994, to her passing on January 14, 2012, Micah brought so much fun, joy, and amazement to our family.

The memory of her infectious smile and her unique laugh illuminate our home even now! She loved and cared for each of us and we in turn cared for and loved her so much.

She cherished her nieces and nephews! They loved to have her tend! Micah also adored animals; they were her best friends. Bo and Tinker were her favorites.

Micah was very gifted and talented; she played the flute beautifully. She was also a gifted artist and gymnast.

From an early age, Micah suffered from social anxiety. She worked hard to overcome this and other issues but the added complications of abuse proved too much! She struggled and fought a valiant fight! Thanks to all who loved her and touched her life for good! She felt your love. We feel a great void in our lives, but we have faith in the healing power of the Savior’s atonement. We love you Micah Shea!

Micah is survived by parents Don and Peggy, and siblings Matthew, Amberly (Chase) Purles, Marcus (Leah), Jordan, Michelle (Christian) Smith, Jasmine, and Leron.

Funeral services for our Micah Shea will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 11:00 am, at the Alpine 7th LDS Ward Chapel, 890 North Heritage Hills Drive, Alpine, Utah. Family and friends may call Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Warenski Funeral Home, 1776 North 900 East, American Fork, Utah and also Wednesday morning from 9:30-10:30 am prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Alpine City Cemetery.
