In Loving Memory of Charles Albert Engberson

It is with heavy hearts the Engberson family announces the passing of our father, husband, grandfather, and friend, Charles Albert Engberson. Charles was born on 16 February 1935 in Oakland, California and departed this world on 3 August 2023 at the age of 88. His desires to outlive Jeanne were unfulfilled because of complications from pneumonia.

Although Charles has left this earthly realm, his memory will remain eternally alive in the hearts of his beloved wife, Jeanne, his children, Janine (deceased), Mark, Douglas, Paul, Michael, his sister Carole, grandchildren, and all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service to respect Charles Albert Engberson’s life will be held on 9 August 2023 at 10:00 am in the Alpine 8th Ward Chapel, located at 890 North Heritage Hills, Drive, Alpine, Utah. A viewing will be held from 8:30-9:30 am prior to the service at the church. Interment with immediate family members will be held at the Alpine Cemetery where he will be laid to rest next to his oldest child and only daughter Janine.

As we bid farewell to Charles, we find solace in the knowledge that he has left an indelible mark on our lives, and his spirit will forever guide and inspire us. May his soul find eternal peace, as he begins his new journey in the spirit world.

Rest in peace, Charles, for you shall be missed and fondly remembered.
