Jeffrey Carl Tackett, age 65 of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away Saturday morning, May 3, 2025 at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville.

He was born on November 1, 1959 in Fort Collins, Colorado to the late Carl Morton Tackett and Carol Jean Aycock Tackett.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Katrina Caroline Tackett.

He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Heidi Tackett; children, Justin Carl Tackett, Nicholas Alexander Tackett and Jessica Lilla Tackett; sister, Tracy Tackett.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 107 Twin Hills Drive, Madison, Tennessee 37115 with Bishop Jonathan Biddle officiating. Visitation with the family will be at the church on Saturday morning May 10, 2025 from 10:00 am until service time at 11:00 am. Interment will be Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 12:00 pm at the Lehi City Cemetery in Lehi, Utah.
