Todd L. Gubler was born on August 9, 1975 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  He joined our family on December 14, 1978, which was Rosalie’s (his new Mom’s) birthday.  Our family was thrilled to have him be their son & brother.  Christmas that year was extra special as we saw Todd’s excitement over the gifts he received.  Each gift he would shake and say “I think it’s a toy!”

Todd excelled in sports, especially football & track.  The Raiders were his favorite team.  He also enjoyed fishing & spending time outdoors.  

Todd was an excellent cook & had an amazing work ethic.  He spoke his mind, but also expressed kindness to those around him.  We have been told by his coworkers he would buy food for other people who were down on their luck, even when he didn’t have an address of his own.  He was a good person who cared for those around him.  

Todd passed away on June 8, 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Life wasn’t easy for him, but those who truly knew & loved him are so very sad he is gone. We were not ready for him to leave us.  

Todd is survived by his mother Rosalie Gubler, son Xyler, his sister’s Kelli (Mark) George, Nicole (JJ) Christian, and numerous nieces & nephews.  

He was preceded in death by his father, Laurnal Gubler, whom Todd greatly missed since his passing earlier this year.  

Todd will be buried next to his father in the Hammond Hollinger cemetery, in Ursine Nevada.
