Tammy passed away peacefully on Monday, December 21, 2020.

A viewing will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Warenski Funeral Home, 1776 North 900 East, American Fork, Utah. Family requests that all those who attend wear masks.
